College Football 2025: Where's My NIL Money?

I guess Cam Rising finally graduated.

I swear that guy was at Utah for 9 years…

Cam McCormick was a tight end who spent 9 years in college -- 7 at Oregon and 2 at Miami -- due to injury after injury after injury.

I know it doesn't work quite like this, but that's an entire second college scholarship someone else didn't get.

I think a lot of Alabama fat cats are wanting refunds for their NIL donations!

On the other hand after travelling across the country to Tampa (on other business) and watching the game from a luxury box (thanks to an influential friend) all I got to see was Boise State get thumped by USF. :brickwall:

They were interviewing the Alabama play by play announcer on my local sports radio station this afternoon since Kalen DeBoer previously coached the UW Huskies, and he said, that while his job isn't in jeopardy yet, if Alabama doesn't show results soon, Kalen could be out at the end of the season.

You never want to be the person replacing a legend.

That's what I said in the previous College Football thread.
You don't want to be the guy that replaces the legend.
You want to be the guy who replaces the guy who replaced the legend.

I'm hoping for a return to the Shula/DuBose years. Only this time let's hope it's permanent.

I saw on my local sports roundup that the NCAA has approved a measure to get rid of the Spring college transfer and move the Winter transfer to an undetermined date in the hopes to stop college football players from transferring to another college.

Does anyone care what the NCAA does anymore?
