College Football 2025: Where's My NIL Money?

That’s worse than the poisoning of Toomer’s Corner….my bloody state…

There's a reason that prior to the 90s expansion which sent Auburn to another division, Tennessee had played Auburn more times than Alabama played Auburn. They had to stop playing one another because things got so bad. Things get toxic down there.

I know it. Phenix City was considered the Wickedest City in America...not just Marshall law but Marshall rule was required to bring that town to heel.

Huntsville is the only bright spot.

We have only two kinds of people here:

The poor, and the dead.

Not much difference. Neither have the capacity to interact much...

Lots of Kiffin shade here @1001001 you'll appreciate this. But just about every cfb fan should enjoy:

Congrats to the Indiana Hoosiers. Probably the best College Football team ever?

No. Indiana was amazing but it's Nebraska in the 90s. Or hell Tennessee under Neyland (pre-WWII deployment):
  • From 1938-1940, his teams achieved an incredible 17 consecutive regular season shutouts.

^^That's one of the reasons why both Knute Rockne and Bear Bryant considered Gen. Robert Neyland the GOAT when they were respectively both at the top of their game.

But for modern era, I don't think anyone beats those Nebraska teams. They beat both Florida and Tennessee who both went on to win Championships after getting killed by them in the prior season. Florida had a Heisman winner and Tennessee had Peyton Manning and an NFL Pro-Bowl Roster.

I wish every conference had their own version of this. SEC Shorts are great:
