I only drink coke or pepsi as a mixer. Nothing beats club soda with a squeeze of lemon juice. Yummy!

I don't like Coke. I only buy Pepsi.

I mean, I'll drink Coke if I'm at a restaurant or somebody's house and it's all that's available, but I vastly prefer Pepsi.

Diet Coke: The stuff of nightmares. Nasty, horrid aftertaste.

I was at a bar hanging out with friend visiting from California, and there was a guy that kept throwing back Diet Cokes like a frat boy downs cheap beer. Like 20 oz glasses, gone in 3 seconds, and he had like 8 of them in 30 minutes. I'm not sure what I wanted to do more: vomit or pee.

Oh and Coke Classic for me. Pepsi has just a little too much sugar in it for my preference. It's almost a tie though, I wouldn't turn up either. Frankly, the Mexican/Kosher versions made with cane sugar instead of corn syrup are vastly better than the normal stuff. Cane sugar even makes Mountain Dew [Throwback] potable.

Wow! I'd have gone into shock after two of those things.

I'd love to try one of the Throwbacks. I wonder if I can just kind of nurse one over a whole day.

I can't stand Diet Coke. Coke Zero is a different story. Takes a little getting used to, but once you do...

Coke/Cherry Coke is the way to go. Since I need to cut calories I've been doing Cherry Coke Zero, which is very good... much better than regular Coke Zero which is just... off somehow.

That's the other reason I like Coke over Pepsi.

When it comes to Mountain Dew, I must be in the minority; Standard (with corn syrup) Dew tastes brighter to me and better than Throwback Dew.

Now when it comes to the cherry flavored colas, go figure, I like Cherry Pepsi more.

I'm more of a root beer guy (preferably A&W or IBC)...but between these two, I'd have to say Coke.

Nothing against Pepsi...just...I think Coke has more of a flavor, and less of a sting.

If I was forced to drink one or the other...Pepsi...I don't mind Coke...I prefer it from the fountain though.

Grew up in Georgia, currently living in the Southeast..... THERE IS NO PEPSI, THERE IS ONLY COKE! :D Remember, around here people don't say "soda" or "pop", they say "Coke"!

Vastly prefer Coke in the can rather than fountain.

I voted Coke.

Crystal Pepsi is the only time I crossed over. How many people out there still remember it?

*raises hand* I remember seeing bottles of it at the corner store and thinking they were all empty...

Pepsi for me. Don't mind Coke if it's in a restaurant. Can't stand it if it's in a can.

Of course, the preferred pop is Crush Cream Soda followed by Mug Root Beer. :techman:

I was a big fan of Crystal Pepsi.

As for the regular stuff, I was an avid Pepsi fan through high school. At some point around my senior year, I got a chance to do a blind taste test. Surprisingly, I chose Coke over my beloved Pepsi. I have never looked back and, yes I can tell the difference.
