Nobody noticed that "Obi-Wan" means "Black belt"?

Yup, and "Darth" is also Dutch for "big". So in essence everyone was calling him "Big Daddy" in the Netherlands.
Er, no. I keep reading that Darth means this or that in Dutch, but the fact is: there is no word Darth in the Dutch language. Vader does mean father, but that's a coincidence.
I saw an interview where Lucass said he had his 5 and 6 year olds make up names, like Greedo, Jar Jar, Ewok, etc... I guess he figured 5 year olds have to be the pinnacle of writing acumen. Lucass.
[note: the spell check had issue with Greedo but not Jar Jar. sad, so sad.]

That'd be a pretty neat trick if his kids were 5 and 6 when both "Star Wars" AND "the Phantom Menace" were being written, considering they're more than 20 years apart.
Maybe he tampered with their midichlorians to slow their aging.....
