Classic Who on iTunes

I noticed yesterday that iTunes has quite a bunch of Classic serials that I think I'll partake in over the next little while, including the 1st Doctor story "The Aztecs". I've never seen an episode with the original Doctor, so this is as good a time as any.

They've also got a 2nd Doctor story ("The Krotons"), as well as "The Three Doctors" and "The Two Doctors" and the usual suspects of classics from the other Doctors.

I've purchased some Tom Baker episodes for my ipod in the past. I don't know if it's different for the Canadian iTunes store (verses the US one), but be careful of some of the older episodes. I've read complaints about sound quality issues - specifically on some Pertwee adventures - so if there are any reviews/warnings check them out.

But I've never had any problems with the few I've downloaded.

The Aztecs and The Krotons are both very good stories to check out if you want to work out what you like about Doctor Who.
The Aztecs has great acting, great characterisation and drama, and... no-sci-fi apart from the arrival of the TARDIS crew. But also, all the culture shock of great sci-fi. That the 'aliens' are humans doesn't matter.
The Krotons is almost stereotypical Who, with cliched characters, rubbish monsters, and a technobabble solution, but also a great atmosphere and feel.
They're almost polar opposities - and personally, I love them both (but I love The Aztecs in a 'Wow, that's good' way, and The Krotons in a 'Ah, that's fun' way).
