Sure was. The episode was "To the Death" (season 4). We even get to see him kill Weyoun.

He was a great Jem'Hadar. I remember him in a episode of Chris Carter's Millennium that I really liked. You thought his character was a victim of a virulent pathogen, but the character was actually the scientist behind it.

I just rewatched Sugar Hill recently and was thinking about him. Great Jem'Hadar indeed, underrated actor overall.

An extraordinary actor with an amazing career. I literally didn't recognize him as a Jem'Hadar, but I was instantly truck by his presence and performance. I literally thought to myself, "Holy crap, this is the best Jem'Hadar character they've ever had by a country mile and it's all because of this incredible performance."

Only later did I look up who the actor was and slap my forehead in recognition.
