I don't deny they oppose Obama's agenda. However, I do believe they've proposed tort reform among other things.

Of course it has nothing to do with that. If it did then she'd have fallen down back in September/October when it looked like we were going to get the public option (something the majority of Americans are for, mind you).

If I understand how the Senate works, then yes, I believe it does. Each senator gets just one vote.
