Well, this one was pretty predictable. As hubby and I were watching it, one of us would say, "She'll see him just as they're leaving," "She's in the car," etc. It was just too predictable. It really didn't do much for me at all.
And, did I mention that I made this post via SuperShuttle, the fastest, easiest way to get to and from the airport? You know SuperShuttle, right? It's very convenient.

I'm kinda meh on this episode. I just found it hard to believe that Chuck and Sarah could have been conned that easily. Once they got past all of that, and started working on the wedding and dealing with Sarah's dad it got quite bit better. I didn't mind the stuff with Casey and Alex's mom, though. I thought it and the Sarah flashbacks were by far the most interesting parts of the episode.

I didn't realize Super Shuttle was even a real thing. Also they depicted the driver as running late and unconcerned with the safety of passengers, so I don't know how great of a placement it really was.
I didn't think it was as bad as the government laptop they were using for the Somali op, I believe, had a good 1/4th of its screen just sitting there advertising Windows Live... like they wouldn't use that real estate for just about anything else!
I don't really get the 'predictable' talk... I didn't see the wedding planner con in advance, despite the set-up... Casey's ex stuff was obvious... but really... so what? It was a B story focused more on heart than any real plot. To me, Chuck is pretty much comedy + heart, and I thought last night's episode delivered solidly on both fronts.
I guess I don't get it. Usually when a show jumps the shark I'm right there complaining along with everyone else. Apparently Chuck jumped it and I missed it!

I'm surprised that the wedding planner got the check cashed so fast. Those things take over a week to clear. Chuck or Sarah could have stopped payment. Do check-cashing places cash personal checks immediately?

Gary Cole. He was the lead on the Babylon 5 spinoff Crusade and he's popped up in a number of shows and movies. He had a Genre Hunk thread in the TV & Media forum a while back and funnily enough, all the guys gave him a thumbs up, but the ladies pretty much all voted "down" or "sideways".
