Wowza! What an episode! It really seemed to channel the wit and excitement from the early seasons. Speaking of seasons 1 and 2, it was great to see incompetent Chuck again with his wild flailing while on the psychoanalytic.
I think the newest plot seems a tiny bit forced but I think most of that has to do with the fact that I'm a bit sick of The Ring and other CIA splinter cells. I love the fact that Ellie is going to find out about Chuck soon. Also, I could have sworn they didn't have money for another set of appearances by Scott Bakula but his return seem imminent now!
And finally.: we have Shaw. Shaw, shaw, shaw. Good to see the anti-Chuck is alive and well, ready to be defeated once again. At least I hope he's alive and well; He was just so sinister once the Ring turned him.
And to think I was losing hope in Chuck after the last two episodes. I really wish this isn't a one-off and they keep up this caliber of work.
