I wonder if when the Queen says 'Arise, Sir Christopher', will he elevate from a horizontal position, with his cape billowing behind him, only to lean forwards towards her, fangs glistening .... Well, you know the rest.
I have fond memories of a moment outside a hotel in Lithuania; I was there doing a set report on a dreadful Robin Hood series, Christopher Lee was there playing Robin's wizard mentor.
There were supposed to be two taxis turning up: one to get me to the airport in time for my flight, one to get him to the set in time to shoot his scene... only one turned up, so we looked at each other - and he does 'looks' a lot better than anyone on the planet.
So he took the taxi... and I just made the plane after callng for another one...
