Chris Pine appreciation thread

I think some of the most recent pictures of him would be when he attended a play in New York a week or so ago. I have some on my computer at home.

So this is a thread about a not half bad looking dude, and your mostly a bunch of chicks. I can appreciate that. :techman:

The play he attended was "The Royal Family" directed by Doug Hughes who directed him at The Geffen in "Farragut North." Olivia Thirlby was there, too, and I read somewhere that Chris Noth was there but I haven't seen any pictures of him that confirms that. Chris Pine looked like he was having a wonderful time. I will post some pictures when I get home from work this evening.

Well, I guess so; I'm recalling the numerous Sherry Jackson and Marianna Hill threads in the TOS forum.

SQ, thanks; I love to see them! I ran across a verbage-less version of this one.

And a larger version of this one:

I just got a promotion to Commander and changed my avatar to another inverted USS Enterprise, so when I am promoted to Captain I will change my avatar to an inverted Chris Pine/Kirk, probably something like this...

...I gave a comparison image between what the movie poster was and what I will do.
Here is another possibility:

Here are some recent pictures of Chris Pine attending The Royal Family in New York. I particularly like the one with the water bottle in his mouth.

SQ, oh yeah! I think I saw those. He looks very cute in the cap! Didn't realize it was from that trip, though. Thanks so much! Just curious -- where did you find that lobby-card type picture? I'm keeping that one. (M'Sharak may cut your picture down. That red one I posted the other day was almost too big. They stretch the thread.)

The other day when I posted that big, red one, I still hadn't figured out how to reduce it without photoshop. I got a new computer, and I hadn't yet put photoshop on it. I figured it out since then, but it was too late to edit.

I have photobucket and there's an option to resize. I wasn't sure how big to make it because the first time I posted it, it came out so small. I got the picture from the Small Town Saturday Night website. Here's another one I like that I just found.

Thanks for sharing the articles. I hadn't seen them. Cute that his grandmother used to watch TJ Hooker.

Regarding the STSN website, it's apparently not there any more. I followed the link I had bookmarked and it doesn't open. I did get some pictures from the movie at Chris-Pine.org. You can find the first one I posted above from the movie there as well. I don't know if this is from the movie (I hope so) but I really like it. Maybe he's jamming with some friends.

Very nice; he does look like he's having fun! Thank you. Wow, those guys who took over producing the movie are working fast; that's kind of what I thought anyway. They might be putting up a new website; it's the sort of thing people do overnight, when no one will be bothered by it. Well, they think no one would be, LOL.

Here's the screen caps from the end of PD2. I have been tantalized by tales of good screen cap material in the extra tracks, so maybe I will get to those in the next day or so.

Congratulations on getting an avatar.

No, I don't have a chicken.

Wow, some more gorgeous pictures from PD2. Even though I didn't really care for the movie I am going to have to buy it just to look at him.
