Chip 'N Dale; Rescue Rangers

I do lol. And yes I do occasionally go looking for images of her.

Yep. I did when I posted my first response just to see if she was still as popular and oh yes. Tons of hits on Gadget in Google Image. Oh, and uh, if you're at work and you decide to search...turn on the safe search filter.

Count me among the guys with a crush on Gadget. Of course, now that I'm older, I'm mature enough to realize that it would just never work because she's a mouse. (The fact that she's fictional and animated doesn't deter me in the slightest.)

I loved all the vehicles on this show, especially the blimp.

I liked this show a lot, although I'd say I was a bigger fan of Darkwing Duck. I wish kids today had more cartoons like this rather than just importing everything from Japan.

Oh yeah, the blimp was my favorite. I always imagined what it would be like to be the same size as the gang and ride along with them.

Did anyone else like the theme song? I love it, like they actually put real talent into making a good theme song.
They don't do that anymore.

I knew that sooner or later "Gadget is hot" would come into play here.

Never got much into Rescue Rangers. Chip and Dale are their best when they don't really talk much. For me Ducktales, Tailspin and Darkwing Duck were the ones to watch. :)

I loved the Disney Afternoon block. Too bad TV stations have gone away from after school TV... I miss those days.
Rescue Rangers ruled. Darkwing Duck...oh, that was awesome... I actually wrote a fan fic to complete the series... Yes, I wrote a fan fic.

This show rocked (and still does). It's really sad that it never had a proper finale (same goes for The Adventures of the Gummi Bears).

Let's have a favorite episode survey. Here's some of mine:
* To the Rescue (Parts 1-5). One of the best episodes of the series, and really surprising in that it didn't happen during Season 1.

* The Case of the Cola Cult. I loved this episode for some reason (probably because it is very Gadget-centric, and she was always my favorite character [not because she was hot, but because she was a total geek).

Gummi Bears didn't; DuckTales didn't; Rescue Rangers didn't; TaleSpin didn't and it could've fast-forwarded to WWII; Darkwing Duck didn't!

Anime tends to have endings. Fortunately. But regular American cartoons as a rule don't seem to. It's annoying. Darkwing Duck could've had an awesome series finale! TaleSpin could've ended with the start of World War II! Baloo did mention World War I, referring to "The Great War," after all.

That was another great cartoon series. I particularly loved the theme song at the beginning.

I loved Gummi Bears, Ducktales, Chip & Dale RR & Tail Spin...

I dont know if this is true, but I read somewhere that the Disney Afternoon was partly responsible for the whole current furry subculture.

Gadget was my favorite Ranger.

My favorite episode was Puffed Rangers, in which the Rangers are enlarged to human-size for a brief moment:

I remember this show all to well, I enjoyed it and still remember its catchy theme song and remember Chip's Indiana Jones getup and the fact he and Dale's fighting was rather hilarious even now that I'm older. My aunt used to compare me and my cousin to Chip and Dale because we always used to bicker when we were younger.

And it seems that quite a few live action kids shows (think Nickelodeon's Pete and Pete, Space Cases, and the Tommorrow People) didn't really seem to have concrete endings. I thought Space Cases could have had an awesome finale.

It seems to be an unfortunate characteristic of our favorite cartoons (well most of them) from our childhoods/adolescence.
