Charlie X - Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo

I was re-watching Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo (from 1944) the other day... and came to the conclusion that Robert Walker Jr. is actually a clone! (or he has a painting hidden away with a very old likeness of himself!).

Father and son do share an amazing resemblance.

Junior must have gotten the nose from his mother's side, though.

That's the thing with cloning, it's like re-taping a VHS tape... each generation loses something.

(And you can get a much closer resemblance by grabbing screen caps from one of dad's movies)

Charlie X looks real unhealthy in the photo. Like he just did ten lines of blow before shooting.

He's just flushed and sweaty because he's been working out in the Enterprise gym -- right before he falls on his keister, some dude laughs at him, and Charlie wishes the guy into the cornfield. Or something.

He certainly got good genes from his mom's side.

^^ Yes. She was Robert Walker Jr.’s mother. Her last major film appearance was in The Towering Inferno, as the would-be victim of charming swindler Fred Astaire.
