You have no frame of reference to say that though. All we know is he'll be focusing on TV from around the world (which sounds like Tarrant on TV if we're going to compare shows) and have celebs on talking about shows (which sounds like TV Heaven, Telly Hell). But I'd expect it to be different to either of those. Isn't TV Burp more of a sketch show with Harry Hill blabbering on about shows between the sketches?I like TV Burp, but it is not Screenwipe they are two differnt shows, my point is I think that Charlies C4 show will be more like TV Burp than screenwipe, and Harry Hill should do TV Burp & Charlie should do Screenwipe.
I think, so long as you show notice of copyright, short clips for purpose of review or parody are free, aren't they?Does he use ITV more because...
1.There more shit shows on there.
2. The BBC will not give him the clips.
3.ITV clips are cheaper.
I think short clip is something around 30 seconds, and has to be for the purposes of review, analysis or parody. So sticking a 2 minute clip up on youtube is outside of fair usage. After seeing some youtube videos pulled and others aloud to stay i am not sure how copyright works theses days.
Catch up on previous escapades by typing in "harry hill apprentice" on YouTube.OK, I guess I'm watching this weeks episode of TV Burp.
So I'm not the only one? It seems more childish than anything. Finally got a chance to watch this. I thought it was great, with Brooker as on the ball as ever.
I still think Tim Key's "comedy" poetry is crap, though.

looking around the "series of tubes" no one likes them.So I'm not the only one? It seems more childish than anything. Finally got a chance to watch this. I thought it was great, with Brooker as on the ball as ever.

Firth's stuff is great. And insane. Well, he is from Doncaster....So I'm not the only one? It seems more childish than anything. Finally got a chance to watch this. I thought it was great, with Brooker as on the ball as ever.

I hope he doesn't make regular appearances on Newswipe. I'd much rather see a David Firth animation, or see Doug Stanhope back for a good rant about the media.
(PS does anyone actually now understand quantitative easing?)
