The cousin Spock's family refuses to talk about!

Does anyone hear of any donors getting interested in pursuing legal action? Either through a state agency or through litigation?
I doubt it. The people who donated a couple of bucks up to 500 would probably spend more money suing AP than they'd ever hope to get back and the people who donated enough to make it worthwile are probably bathing in the Kool-aide so they see nothing wrong.

Yeah, but, don't those fans realize, the high powered legal team doesn't work for them?
AP has done a brilliant job of brainwashing his fans into thinking the Donors and Ares and Alec are all one. The whole "we're doing this for the fans!" line that's been repeated over and over again. The "CBS is suing the donors!" that's been repeated countless times in his circle-wanks but never corrected.

Alec Peters has groomed the thousand-or-so vocal supporters into thinking they're actually more than just a bank account.

Isn't it interesting that there was an understanding that acquiring the rights to something is, you know, a thing?

So why is it necessary for Mr. Gerrold's work, and not for the IP owned by CBS and/or Paramount? Could Axa be, I don't know, cherry picking their behaviors based upon convenience, cost, emotion, the time of day, or any other positive that suits them?

Oh, and here is the blog post about the Second Motion to Dismiss:

Thank you for reading! :)

They may have Zorro, but we have Musashi.

Maybe it's as simple as Gerrold is a friend or they needed him. BTW the article was great!

I have a feeling, nothing will come of that. Or, they are waiting to see if CBS/Paramount will do something for them...

Hey I am a donor as well as a member of the production and I know I will never get my investment back. I had hoped that the production would get finished. But I wouldn't waste my time going after my money back.

Because it's such a small amount that it's not worth the time, or because there isn't any money left?

Just curious. ;)
