He also said that he wished he got to keep all that money. Not sure exactly what that means, but it's not hard to fill in the blanks.
Awesome. And that's not even the one I was referencing. The one I saw he said something like "i'm 51 and could kick your ass, you moron!" or something like that.
It's here as well. (That's the link Albinator provided some pages back.) If I had any doubts about Peters being "GarthofIzar," the parallel pretty well resolves them.

I don't want this to become the "badmouth alec peters show" again. I was only trying to point out that I doubt his 38K salary is what's keeping food on the table. He's obviously run some successful businesses, whether you believe his 16M sale claim or not.
Sure he's an arrogant blowhard, but my biggest (and only real problem) with him is that he takes his bluster a bit too far (physical threats) and doesn't know when to quit. Sometimes you've got to suck it up, admit you're wrong (even if you don't think you are), take a slice of humble pie and walk away.
I think there'd be a very different reaction to all of this from everyone concerned if he had.

In the interest of transparency, and to save you all the trouble of scrolling through the shitfest over at THR, here are all of (near as I can tell) the times last night that Alec Peters/Red Omega/Linnear/Loken/Matt Decker doxxed me in the comments section of the Hollywood Reporter article about Axanar.

The amazing thing to me is how Mr. Peters just WON'T stop talking and giving CBS/Paramount MORE evidence of just how willful Axanar productions is in CONTINUING to infringe and violate paramount/CBS Star Trek copyright, and continue to accept donations while stipulating 'production has ceased' while court responses, etc. are filed.
If Mr. Peters somehow thinks what he continues to state online WON'T be seen or taken into account by the Judge of the case, he's in for a rude surprise in the upcoming hearings (should both sides not decide to settle before it gets to that point - and no I really don't see paramount/CBS interested in any settlement UNLESS it includes Mr. Peters NOT continuing the project as a Star Trek related project in any way; and somehow returning any financial advantage he gained (including salaries, etc. selling materials) to donors <-- Which he will probably never agree to.

Here's the funny thing ... in my short time in public relations (you can never get the journalist out of me), there were times I made it clear that people should talk, and times that I made it clear that people should just STFU.
THIS would've been one of those times that there should've been silence. Yeah, there would've been a lot of chatter over the New Years and such ... but by Jan. 15 or so, we would've simply run out of things to talk about. And threads like this would've sat dormant at maybe a couple hundred posts at most, waiting for the next thing to happen.
Instead, the TrekBBS and other places have had plenty of material to work with. I feel like a comedian happy that Donald Trump is still running for president.

That's not verified, by the way. The source of that is not solid (it's not clear that he is, in fact, saying those words). And I was told indirectly that this is nothing more than rumor generated by hopeful fans.
And I'm not saying that to diss Tony Todd at all ... I LOVE Tony! He is such a versatile actor. I even watched him on the Young and the Restless, and wished he had stayed longer. I loved him as Kurn, and I thought he was an excellent Jake Sisko as an "older" person (in a great DS9 episode).
But the podcast is not clear at all that Tony even said that, and based on what I am hearing indirectly, it wasn't what he meant.
You know, when this is all over, we're going to be just like John Stewart right before Obama took office, wondering what the hell we'd make jokes about now that W. was leaving office...

Someone else better informed can probably correct me, but this is the "Star Trek Fan Filmmakers' Association" I believe. The group Peters set out to create here on this very board back in 2012, and which by posting various questions about it to him, he completely overreacted and lost his mind at me, declaring me an enemy and full of nothing but attacks. Ever since then, he has misconstrued, misunderstood, and mischaracterized even my most harmless of queries as attacks against him.
For the record, once i discovered it would be a "cool kids only" club (Peters refused to consider allowing Vic Mignogna to join the group) I generally lost interest in it.
Something tells me, my prediction then that he'd wind up cashiering himself out of the leadership position there is not all that far from being proven correct after all.
