Someone contacted the owners of the coffee (not Axanar) about the lawsuit, I imagine their reaction was something like...
"OH HELL NO, WE DON'T WANT TO BE PART OF THAT"
Then poof, no more Axanar Coffe website...

I clicked on the link to the Hansa site yesterday and couldn't get to it. I think it has been gone from their site for a while.

We don't want to name, names here, but I think a little bird told them what was going on ;-)
Yeah, Peters and Co trying to sling mud on Trek fan films pretty much tells me all I need to know about them. I think they are trying to wage a public relations campaign with internet social media going for 'popular' opinion but that doesn't count for anything with a judge. Thus far all I've seen on their parts are fallacies, reversals, contradictions and foot bullets.I'm not in the business but it seems to me Gerrold, Peters and Burnett are rapidly burning their own bridges like a trio of pyromaniacs. No wonder Gerrold is mucking around in fan films these days. There's no way someone like that is going to ever get near new Trek with that kind of rude display toward CBS, Paramount and Abrams. Ditto Peters and Burnett.
I think they'll burn so many bridges that even Star Trek fans will get some of their wrath, heck they seem to be hell bent to do that anyway w/ their "Real" fans garbage they keep going on about.
Can't imagine who that could have been...

Nope... Not at all...
*keeps whistling jauntily*
Well, the FB thing with Burnett was fun. What do you suppose he thought he was accomplishing - just performing for the pro-Axanar readership?
I remember, I had the lasagna. That would explain it. I just got back from playing hockey.

Sowing the seeds of publicity spin, the lowest form of performance art.

Nan' all he did was tow the company line, that was all.
He didn't manage to "convert" anyone.
Plus, on the CBS forum, we're allowed to answer back without being banned.I loved the repeated "Why all the vitriol against Axanar, when fan films have done this for so long?"
It's a fairly clumsy attempt to put their critics on the defensive. Their problem here is that they've go no leverage to confuse or intimidate anyone with.

The pages are still up (1, 2), but they're not accessible from anywhere I see on Hansa's website.
They'll probably get pulled if anyone remembers them.
Someone should tweet Tony Todd about the "Ramirez" coffee using his image.
