This is (so far as I am aware) in conjunction with the order from the previous day, where the motion was declared moot. It seems to just be court housekeeping so no one in error shows up and there's nothing on the docket.
Any jeering is simply in response to AP's Dbag attitude. Even Picard isn't going to play nice with someone acting like a child.
Oh, and someone effectively stealing a company's legal property - making illegal merchandise and IMO defrauding/lying to contributors is 'Star Trek'? Unless IDIC includes wholly criminal (the majority civil - but still criminal at it's core); I don't see why I need to keep silent regarding it.
(Oh, and before you reply, I did back the first Axanar feature Kickstarter to the tune of $75 - not much overall, but I am a backer who only has himself to blame for not looking further into Alex peter's past business dealings prior to backing.)
