I'm not a nice man.
Yes but I do enjoy your recent string of changing hairstyles Dennis.
I'm not a nice man.
This is (so far as I am aware) in conjunction with the order from the previous day, where the motion was declared moot. It seems to just be court housekeeping so no one in error shows up and there's nothing on the docket. The docket was updated on Wednesday.
NOTICE TO ALL PARTIES AND ORDER by Judge R. Gary Klausner. Defendants Axanar Productions, Inc. and Alec Peters' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Complaint or Strike Plaintiffs' Complaint In Part20 calendared for hearing on March 21, 2016, has been taken under submission and off the motion calendar. No appearances by counsel are necessary. The Court will issue a ruling after full consideration of properly submitted pleadings. IT IS SO ORDERED. THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. I know, but I've liked you since you were first rude to me !I'm not a nice man.
Too much jeering going on here. Let the legal process happen, one way or the other, but this is getting a bit mean spirited for Star Trek, isn't it? IDIC and all that.

And some days this is true for me:
And this is CBS/Paramount (Worf) taking Axanar (the lute) from Alec Peters (Geordi):
(NOTE: This video omits Worf saying "sorry.")
You can convince other people of that, but not me.I'm not a nice man.

Wrong. Assumptive strawman fallacy on your part. Speaking for myself, I am not being rude towards the fandom, nor have I taken anyone to task for liking Prelude. I am pointing out Alec Peters strange behavior, wild claims, odd reversals, mismanagement, rhetorical cover-ups, sophistry based justifications, adolescent meltdowns, and outright lies using the Star Trek brand manipulating the fandom for his own greedy ends.It is unfitting the touted ideology of the fandom to be this rude to another part of the same fandom regardless of what is going on. It doesn't have to be day care. This is common courtesy. Have we stopped being even remotely civil anymore?
^ I really hope nobody is taking tax advice from the armchair tax accountant.
Did ST:C's petition for non-profit status actually go through?
Star Trek Continues 501(c)3 status is retroactive to Dec 31,2014.
