I don’t feel bad calling out sexism. In fact, I would feel bad if I didn’t call out terrible behavior.
But, moving on.
I spend a few days going over material with my fav name sake Canadian rapper and I think I missed the epic release of the awesome Axanar movie.

I'm going to laugh my ass off if that moron Alec Peters goes forward with such a thing and then wonders why CBS either tries and C&D or just starts a lawsuit about/against said "AXANAR Art Book". Hell, CBS COULD also go after him for the Coffee he was selling in the past too.
I gotta say, I hope Mr. Peters tries it because I'm sure IF CBS goes after him this time with a lawsuit, they WON'T offer a settlement - and if/when they receive a Judgement for damages CBS will garnish everything he makes to the point he'll have to do EVERYTHING in cash and not even keep a bank account as once CBS sees it, they'll garnish any balance.
How can someone who claims to have worked with major studios as an archivist and props auctioneer have ZERO CLUE about how actual product licensing for any major entertainment IP ACTUALLY WORKS?

Meanwhile, I refuse to be surprised that he thinks he's going to make money off an Axanar art book without pissing off CBS and Paramount...as if he totally missed the whole Dr. Seuss trek book lawsuit.

We had issues with our own version of a legal beagle in his own mind tried to take us to collections over 1st and last months rent. Well 20 years ago we paid 1st and the last month rent. hows it our fault the difference is 3 grand higher.
Once our lawyers were done combing all the illegal rent hikes. fake copy and paste court documents he served us with, it isn't looking good for this property managements firm. Personally I just wanted to get this idiot off my back and move on. Last I heard the lawyers we used were contacting this property managers clients.
I only post this because there are people out there that think if they push hard enough, act like they know what they are doing, they can bluff people into anything.
