Yeah, I've never understood the people who hang around on the forums here for shows or movies they don't like just so they can periodically chime in about how stupid it is, and how bad it is, and how only idiots and people with no taste could possibly like it.
I don't mind people saying they don't like something, but I don't understand why people like that have to constantly derail the conversations of people who do.

The secret they'll never admit is that they're a type of fan, too: Just like we have costumers and engineering geeks and production wonks and starship porn fetishists and the people with a strong love for a specific character, these people love the show *because* of the opportunities it gives them to express superiority they don't really feel but are trying to fake until they make it, and/or because it gives them something they can bitch about that isn't something that's truly making them miserable in their real lives. An outlet AND a distraction. They need therapy. But then again, so does anyone who liked [insert commonly hated Trek production here].
