And Mr. Watts is INCORRECT that Paramount/CBS Guidelines were released AFTER the settlement with Alec Peters - they were issued while the case was still being tried - and AFTER Mr. Peters repeated calls for/claims that Guidelines would at least give fan productions some idea of where the line he crossed was.
Of course had Mr. Watts stated that aspect factually, Mr. Lane probably would have labeled him another hater/detractor and his invitation to respond revoked.

you suggest some kind of quasi TOS Trek Set Tour. now Mr. Cawley's creation really only has one fundamental flaw... it's big and it's stationary. i'm thinking of an ares styled truck with the whole assembled bridge set on the back... that way you wouldn't have to disassemble it to move it to the con, could roam the continent and do a live axanar play every evening somewhere.
