I didn't care for the dress. Sure, it had decolletage, always a plus, but otherwise I didn't find it flattering to Beckett at all. It struck me as rather garish.
Fillion looks really dashing in a tux, though.
And I like it that Castle is getting less rebellious, sincerely trying to follow Beckett's instructions about staying in the car. Heck, it looked like he was having more fun waiting in the car anyway. This episode really brought out the man-child in him.
But I'm surprised he didn't react more when Beckett urged him "as a friend" to stay in the car. She thinks of him as a friend? That's a major admission!
