I"m almost looking forward to seeing out the usual suspects are going to try to spin this thing. Probably the "big bad corporation bullies the little guy and the justice system is all about the rich" or something like that.
It has been a rough week for them......Emmy Award, 3 Saturns, now this........They gotta spin the SHIT out of this!

Was absolutely expecting that.
Clearly, CBS is going to go bankrupt paying off judges and award show voters.

I truly feel bad for the guy at this point. I mean, the case was groundless, but the way all those Youtube grifters were pumping him up (for their own gain btw), and now encouraging him to appeal.

Aw, sorry Nerdrotic. Your boy didn't have a case. Of course I don't think you gave a shit about him outside of the fact that his story gave you clicks. And its not like Abdin can't make his game. He should make his game. His way. He should just put this ridiculous chapter behind him.
I don't wish any ill will on Anas and actually do hope he finishes his game. I think he got some bad advise from people especially the anti-DSC groups and especially being somebody who doesn't live in the USA trusted and listed to the wrong people. He got used by people with an agenda.
And yes I've already been seeing posts about CBS with their big money bullied the small guy when if you actually look at stuff like pacerrmonitor there is no evidence that CBS "out spent" him.

Sure. I suspect he might have withdrawn the case earlier in the process if he had not been made the cause celebre of people who hate a television show.
In his blog he is implying he may not do any more indie game dev work anymore
There’s no real reason for him to not finish his game.
