Jury's still out on that one.
The verdict will be in sooner or later, though.
Obviously, much later.
The wheels of justice turn slowly.
This forum has been reduced to courtroom puns. We are in dire need of some Disco news.
Some might say we are in "voir" dire need.
I see what you did there.
Perhaps it's time we all come to order ...

"Star Pig" comics by Ian McLean, on Flickr
The first two issues of IDW's "Star Pig" are available: yet another SF project which jumps onto the giant space tardigrade band wagon?
Turns out an actual living creature that can survive in space unlike anything else we know about is popular fodder for science fiction. Especially a weird looking thing that’s strangely cute and cuddly looking. They’re like living gummy bears IN SPACE!
That Tartidgrade is kind of tart.
Settle down, Nhan.
Nah-O, I will Nah-ot.
and... case dismissed. No going to court.
Well that was.... anticlimatic.
Not unexpected. If you read the judges ruling everything talked about in this thread are the reasons for the dismissal. and now Anas Abdin is talking about not doing anymore game development work as a result.
Oh, it absolutely wasn't unexpected. Just, I find it kinda funny that after all the campaining you see on YouTube the judge is now like "Nah" and it's over.
