In a episode on a old PBS show, Seven Little Monsters, where a monster (with a long nose) gets sick, the seven monsters decided to go to the movies, there is a Star Trek reference, the ship has a striking resemblance of the Defiant in DS9.

I can't sit through an episode of Family Guy, but I watched all their star trek clips on youtube, and those were pretty funny.
