Caroline Skinner Has Quit!

Actually, given the amount of dialog and compressed nature of the Moffat's stories (lots of story in an episode) for both Sherlock and Who, I wouldn't be surprised if his scripts are longer than the typical script for similar length episodes. Plus, the thought and editting that goes into making a full script as compact as possible must take considerable extra time.

Thing is even with the extra time he still doesn't get them done on time. They're literally only making one episode in nine months and the production departments were still waiting on the Anniversary script four weeks before shooting was due to start.

We're talking about a guy who in an interview for The Scotsman in 2010 outright said "I shagged my way around the television studios"...

Certainly, he was very much the rake before meeting Sue...

"Between the marriages, I shagged my way round television studios like a mechanical digger. Sue and I got together at the Edinburgh TV Festival and she likes to tell the story of how I was en route to another date the night we met. Conveniently she's blanked from her memory the fact that she did the same. She was just as dreadful as me."

I'm a bit disappointed I'm not at GB anymore today. No doubt the Mods "Delete" button is getting worked overtime as they try to keep their BBC masters happy.

Yeah, that'd have done too. The guy does seem to have been the randy one.

Or maybe as they try not to get sued?

So let's get this straight, in between running two shows, and spending time with his family, Moffat was also playing away from home? Seriously when would he find the time, or is this supposed to be the explanation why his scripts never come in on time?

And as evidence goes, the fact that as a single man he shagged about a bit is pretty thin given that's what a lot of single men (and in fact women) do before settling down with someone.

And even if they did have a thing, hardly crime of the century stuff is it?

The news at GB today is that the moderators are tired of people being mean to one another and that they are no longer going to warn people to dial it back before they pull out the banhammer.

It's the members who can't into complex emotional structures.

After recent happenings I haven't dared to even look outside Inferno and Movieland

The last time they did a story on behind-the-scenes problems on the series the BBC rushed out a reply. I wonder if they'll do the same this time?
