Did they pilot that thing all the way from Earth no other starships were docked at DS9.

It's a Voyager shuttle, it has 74656 on its hull. Just completely ignore the fact that turns into 1701-D and then something else entirely. Anyway, the point of the scene was just to show of the ship with a TMP-esque shuttle flyby tour, that's all.
