Hard to think of Sisko as a Captain, because he wasn't, and then he was. I think I Liked the concept and potential challenge to him doing his job as a Commander better. Or a Kindly Street Man Named Hawk.

Mmm...or, Janeway. She might know some of that Chai Latté stuff that would knock the boys off their asses. Plus, she would have the "...you wouldn't hurt a woman?..." mojo, and Consummate Gentleman Picard at least, might hesitate.
