Exile? Where do you think they are going exile themselves? People only go away when they actually die. We got no choice but to co-exist because they do exist. I would be very happy if religion basically faded away but just wishing it isn't going to make it happen. Also society is not going back to the 70's. But it could be headed towards civil war and that isn't going to be a good thing. In fact I think we going to start seeing riots on par with those yellow vest riots over in France after the next election because neither side is going to sit back and accept the results. Not this time. No way will people just be willing to suck up 4 more years of Trump and if Trump looses you know it will be seen as not legitimate to those on the far right. Especially if it's to a woman. That's because we have let things spiral out control by nobody sitting back and realizing just how far the hatred has increased over even a short period of time.

Presumably to one of those outback camp things, where dudes with unkempt facial hair stock guns in preparation for feminist/Jewish/homosexual government tyranny, and ‘share’ the same two like-minded sister-wives.

Assuming the heat, snakes, lack of water, camels, horrible terrain, brumbies, wild pigs, toxic plants, crocodiles, various annoyed marsupials, lizards, and poisonous birds, don’t kill them before they get there.

As someone who is white I know this is also true. I mean I live in Oklahoma for goodness sake. I know what the response will be. What do people secretly say about white people behind their backs. I don't know what one does about that. More important what are the shitty things that pop in peoples heads that nobody ever says. I don't know what you do about it other to just keep talking to people who are different so you can see deep down we are all the same. . I would like to think most of this stuff comes from ignorance than hatred because that offers hope. I do think people get along better at least in the real world if not the internet than they ever have so progress has been happening. When you got someone like Trump though it is kind of hard to see it. We really need 8 years of boring leaders IMO just to get back to where I thought we were headed until Bush got elected and FoxNews became a thing.

I was wrong. They’re supposably geeks. They’ll go to the Vasquez Rocks, and their natural lack of physical ability will ensure that they never wander far enough to interact with outsiders until The Uprising.
 
We are still talking about the umpteenth superhero popcorn movie right? Not about a Misandry Manifest? I'm a little confused....

From what I understand their is giant slow moving lizard people up there so that would wrong to sort of have people movie into their habitat. Also the place is filled with natural mineral deposits that can be turned into a gun so I would really doubly worry for the lizard people.

Just saw it the other day.
So I loved it. Very solid movie. Loved the plot line, actually turned out to be kinda subversive with anti-military themes (re: terrorism and all). Cap herself is hilariously powerful, I’d say she even slightly edges out post-ragnarok Thor. Biggest surprise of the movie is Goose- all of those joking theories about him defeating Thanos now seem scarily plausible. The movie also had several sequences that my space-opera fanboy self loved. Most notably, we finally got to see a quinjet defeat something in a dogfight! We also got some hints about what space warfare in the MCU is like. It’s entirely dependent on fighters- capital ships are only really used for orbital bombardment. This explains why the Nova Corps didn’t have capital ships to defend Xandar in GoTG- why bother with carriers for defense when you have a planet-sized launch platform?

This is just case #359,734,278 illustrating that, while the Internet is an amazing, unparalleled technical achievement that allows what people write to be read by anyone instantly, there is nothing that ensures people are worthy of that privilege. What this person wrote isn't even interesting on any level (many things that are wrong or offensive are at least interesting, oftentimes in the way they indicate breakdowns in reasoning). This is just plain stupid.

Agreed. It's hard to believe that we live in a world where our top political leaders legitimize such crazed nonsense, including this specifically, but here we are, living in it.

Wonderwoman didn't have an agenda, it was a great movie and that's all it tried or claimed to be

Captain marvel is being pushed as a breaking the glass ceiling landmark moment in cinematic history, breaking free from the shackles of the patriarchy, and rising up to say, for the very first time "I am FEMALE"

It isn't, it's just a standard movie with a female lead, it's not the first anything.
