That poster is fucking brilliant. Very 1940s.

A question about the Howling Commandos: is Nick Fury with them? Since Fury is black in the movieverse, having a black sergeant in charge of a mostly white troop (aside from Gabe) in WWII, when there were still significant racial issues in the armed forces, would be very interesting.

Even though Sam Jackson appears in the movie, it seems he doesn't appear during the WWII scenes (ie. the bulk of the movie). If this is the case, it is likely that Nick Fury won't be a part of the Howling Commandos. A shame to be sure, but understandable given what has already been "established" in the Marvel Movie Universe.

the article on SHH with the retro poster said that Cap punching Hitler IS in the film "in some fashion." my best guess would be a fake Hitler in the USO show guff.
