I just thought of another Captain who has popped up a few times, who I wouldn't mind seeing get some more development, Sinclair-Alexander.
That was during contract-renewal negotiations which appear to have gone wrong, hence a complete lack of any new Pocket Trek novel releases beyond the third Discovery prequel.Wasn't it announced that they could reference stuff from bad Robot products now?
Just so long as Star Trek doesn’t try to clone him as an excuse to re-introduce the character.
^I’ve no problem with that as long as he fits into the story. What I don’t want to see is him being shoe-horned into DSC merely to induce orgasms among the fan base (as was done with Darth Maul in The Clone Wars).
Was he Starfleet or civilian?
I'd love to see a Captain's Table novel for Robert April, a story of him and his crew during the early years of the Enterprise before Kirk and Pike.
See Diane Carey's novel The Final Frontier in the meanime.
