Just read this book. I'm sorry I waited so long, or perhaps I needed to. It was quite thought provoking and compelling.

Has anyone else read Miller's classic?

Yep, ordered it off Amazon, read it and my dad promptly took it to re-read for the first time in decades and last I heard my uncle (who is in his 70's) borrowed it off my dad

I thought it was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I could see how it influenced a number of things and I thought that the closed circle ending was quite good too.

I really enjoy the style of story where it's writing 'future' history.

I really enjoyed it myself. Quite an interesting read. Each part was entirely satisfying. I don't recall enjoying one of the others.

Yeah, it took me a long time to finally get around to reading this book and my god did I love the hell out of it.

It's a perfect book, I could not put it down, and has since become a favourite.

Much of it is internal monologue. I'm not sure how well it would translate.

I read this book when we had a thread in here years ago to determine the best SF book ever, and I sought ought the books that were nominated so I could vote accurately.

I loved it. It's by far one of my favorite novels, and as good as dystopian SF gets.
