Okay, I Googled "MMS cancer" and it looks like "MMS" stands for "Miracle Mineral Supplement," which is some kind of alleged patent-medicine "cure" that the eeevil medical conspiracy has been keeping secret for decades for some nebulously defined reason. This "miracle supplement" is actually chlorine dioxide, which is an oxidant. Given that antioxidants help reduce the risk of cancer, I'd say that an oxidant would increase the risk of cancer. Although that's probably a moot point, because chlorine dioxide is extremely toxic! One of its main uses is as a disinfectant.

So this is a scam, and a dangerous one at that. Take it from a cancer survivor: trust in real medicine, not snake oil like this.

The graveyards are full of people who rely on snake-oil cures.

Remember that almost ALL cancers undergo spontaneous remissions at various times.
The faith-healers and snake-oil companies use these to their dubious advantage.
....they just never bother to tell you about the patient dying later.

(A dear friend and mentor of mine just lost his wife last month to cancer, leaving him with 3 kids facing the holidays and I lost my own father to liver cancer a couple of decades ago.... don't get me started about snake-oil claims...)
