Oh my gosh! It seems like it has been forever waiting, and it is HERE, now it seems like it is so close! I cannot believe we are here, at this point now.

7:30 pm, Thursday night, Edwards Ontario Palace Stadium 22 & IMAX, Ontario, California. Six of us are going, including my parents, my brothers, and my cousin who will barely sit through one Trek movie a year. He's pumped. And everyone I know and their friends are talking about this movie. Hell, my twin brother's friends (all post-hardcore rock musicians and scene kids) are excited for it, and most of them have never seen Star Trek before. People at my work are excited who I never thought would ever want anything to do with Star Trek. I can finally talk about being excited to see a Star Trek film and not have someone go, "Oh, right" and roll their eyes. Instead they go, "Oh yeah! I can't wait for that!". Its actually "cool" to be excited for Star Trek! Crazy.
