Cameron (Terminator: TSCC)

^

Its two seasons long - one season will be better than the other. I just think sayin' that one was "by far the best" is more than a little pointless. If we were talkin' about something like Quantum Leap or Babylon 5 and I said I thought one particular season of those shows were "by far the best" it would make more sense, since they each ran for five years.

It's a pity the writers' strike in Season 1 prevented us from finding out exactly what was going on with that Jordon girl from John's school (the one who committed suicide because of that weird graffiti), or that other girl who was kept on very tight reigns by her dad, or Morris' prom date with Cameron (did he even get to take her to the prom?). I'd have really liked to have seen those played out.

i just watched 'self-made man' and wow, what a great episode.

really well done IMO.

bit of a shame about that T888 that did all the work and waited 80 years to just then be destroyed.

Who's best, Cameron or Seven of Nine?

For me, it's Cameron. I find the concept of an ex-Borg really very interesting. Unfortunately, Seven doesn't do it for me, though. Cameron dancing in her room is more intriguing to me than 4 seasons of Seven.

Neither Cameron or Seven were really portrayed to their fullest promise, if Voyage hadn't been so status quo and allowed Seven to develop, even enough for her to take back her name my feelings for the character would have been different, and if we had gotten a chance to "know" Cameron and the character had been more consistant, then I think the question would have a bit more merit

I can't help wondering how John would've been able to return home after the final episode.

in the future, there will be time machines, I think we would have an entire season of John in the future showing him grow up fighting the machines, Discovering SKYnet's origins and when he confiscates the time machine he and Cameron/Allison/John Henry? will go back to the Zeiracorp basement (so a few seconds will have only seemed to have passed to Sarah and Ellison between young John's Departure and adult John's return)

Okay, I just watched the 2nd season episode "Automatic for the People", and the scene in the bar were Cameron approaches the guys playing pool.....God, I don't know about anyone else, but I reckon she is just so damn sexy there. I mean, she's hot a lot of the time, but there - WHOA.

The fan fiction I mentioned before deals with John and Catherine in the future. I know I'm repeating myself but NX truly created an opus worth reading.

I really liked Summer Glau as Cameron...I haven't seen all of the series though so I can't judge seasons.

The writers' strike had an effect on the first season. Low ratings had an effect on the second season.

Didn't FOX look at the DVR numbers for Dollhouse, though? Its first season was on at the same time as T:TSCC's second season.
