I always try to protect spoilers for others because I know I hate it when things get spoiled (*coughs*FF*coughs*) and we all see things at different times. I hadn't read the past six issues of Buffy and read them all at once so I'm glad I didn't spoiled on anything from the past six months. 
did someone kinda looked like he was catatonic after the seed was destroyed. and, what about certin others from his book are they coming with him ? and, what about the two certin females who broke up does that mean the main girl will go after her long time friend. also what about fray I mean she has the weapon and magic exist there and then . maybe buffy was trying to save wil from ever going evil agin.

I don't know what Timothy meant, but the question on everyone minds is, I think, "Will Willow go after her long time friend [Buffy]" in the sense of - will she get into conflict in her or even inflict some kind of revenge on her... They were very friendly, but now Willow has lost both her magic and another lover that she said has meant to her a lot more than she realized (Aluwyn), due to Buffy... and we know that she was already blaming her friendship with Buffy for the loss of Tara. And the panels about 'betrayal' present the apparent possible threats for season 9 in this order:^ Willow and Kennedy? Willow (reading a book with Aluwyn's picture in it); the little fairy from the Underground world from "The Chain"; Simone (the pissed off rogue Slayer/assassin who took out the general and has Buffy on her hit list); and a mysterious guy with the glasses that we haven't seen yet.
^ Well if the events of the Fray crossover are fixed we know what eventually happens to Willow. I don't think however that will be the case. I think Will is gonna be in for some interesting times next season and she's one of the characters that I'm fascinated to follow.
What? I must be missing something about Connor and Willow. Why would that be of note? I've not been following the Angel comics.

Uh, let's see: Buffy is not into girls, which has been reiterated several times this season after her brief fling with Satsu, Willow says it, Kennedy says it, in #40 Buffy is happy to be 'out of the girlsville' and able to look at cute guys again (though unavailable - i.e. gay - guys). And Willow is not interested in Buffy that way. So, in one word: No.What situation?
Oh Buffy meeting Connor. I don't know if either Buffy or Willow meeting Connor is going to be an event next season or in Angel. It would be something of interest though.
I'm hoping (as I have been hoping almost all season) for Willow and Satsu to hook up. But then, I've always hated Kennedy with a passion.
Personally I think Willow is gonna seek solace with the goddess. Something is going to happen between the two of them. I loved the Willow one shot.

If you mean Aluwyn (Saga Vasuki), the snake lady, the problem is that she can't contact her now that magic is gone. That's another reason that Willow might be pissed off at Buffy now, she lost her magic and she lost her lover/mentor. She said that one of the reasons she broke up with Kennedy is that there is someone else, "someone I'll never see again" and that she realized that this person meant to her more than she wanted to admit for a long time. Obviously she meant Aluwyn, and later we see her with a book that has a picture of the snake lady.
Connor will probably not be appearing on Buffy, because 1) there would be problems with IDW, since Connor is AtS-only character; they can have Angel or Spike appear on Buffy, but the situation with characters like Connor, Gunn, Illyria is different. And 2) there is no reason for Connor to appear on Buffy, since he's connected to Angel's fate and that will be dealt with on Angel. And 3) I don't think Buffy will be appearing on Angel, since she can't even stand the sight of Angel now.
It stands to reason that Buffy already knew about Connor, since Willow did, and met him in "Orpheus". If she never had an interest in meeting Connor before, or the shows never bothered to make an issue out of it, she's certainly not going to be interested now, when the probability of her wanting to ever become his stepmom has just become exponentially small.
The only problem regarding Connor that many readers had is that he was never mentioned by Angel, not even in #36 flashbacks, and that he seemed to forget about him during the Twilight arc?!
It would make a lot more sense for Kennedy and Satsu to hook up. They bonded in "Swell", they've both been dumped by the women they loved, they have matching personalities. Willow wasn't that much into Kennedy and Satsu would just be more of the same.

The Angel license is going back to Dark Horse. IDW's Angel is on #41 (just came out today) and is ending on #44. There's 4 issues left of Spike, one of Illyria, and then that's it.
The Angel comics Dark Horse does will be part of the Buffy Season 9 universe, and there'll be no problem with crossovers happening
Okay yeah, I was over thinking things about Willow and Aluywn. However Joss, in that season ending interview I posted earlier says that magik isn't totally gone, it's simply cut off. I'm guessing from the Earth plane end. I'd not be surprised if a goddess was able to pierce the plane and make contact with Willow. I'd forgotten about Allison's guest appearance on Angel...I wasn't sure if Connor was around then or not but I guess he was and probably made a comment about her being a witch. It's been a long time since i've seen Angel.
so angel is catatonic that means connor will run angel investigations. and where in the hell did the insects come from with spike . will they explaine it or what .

In the current IDW Angel series he already is. Angel left him in charge after #38
