BSG deleted scenes -which are worth seeing?

So I'm finally trying to go through the deleted scenes on my BSG Blu-rays, but after going a good chunk of the way through the first season, I'm sort of realizing, well, there's a reason they deleted most of these. Most are things like people walking into a room, etc.

Are there deleted scenes that are worth watching that are actual substantive scenes that add something to the plot, and is there a list or something or can someone point them out so I don't have to trudge through all the deleted 10-second shots of people walking through corridors?

Starting in season three scenes get deleted in episodes which provide important plot points or set up for later episodes. This isn't necessarily a problem, since the relevant scenes or information from the scenes gets included in the "previously on" recaps at the beginning of the episode. Man, that sure was a mindfuck for us when the episodes first aired. "Previously on Battlestar Galactica? When did that happen? I don't remember that happening at all." In some cases, the extended episodes that are exclusive to the DVD/Blu-ray releases have the deleted scenes incorporated into them, although this at times creates a sort of "Greedo/Jabba" effect.

Greedo/Jabba Effect refers to the fact that in Star Wars ANH, the Special Edition re-inserts the Jabba the Hutt scene despite the fact it basically just retreads the earlier Greedo scene. Likewise, there are scenes deleted from BSG episodes that get re-inserted in these extended episodes despite the fact the information ends up getting re-treaded in a later episode, in a scene which was in the broadcast version of that episode. I'm not sure if spoilers matter here, but there's a plot development in season 4 concerning the Chief, Helo and Sharon that this applies to.

Been a long time since I watched them, but I remember 'Downloaded' in Season 2 was interesting with the D'Anna Biers on Galactica, who otherwise we never really saw again.
