Bridge Chairs on e-Bay

While that's nice, you broke several rules.

1 - Pictures are to be a maximum of 640 x 480. That's considerably larger than allowed.

2 - Links to ebay auctions for stuff you're selling is strictly forbidden. Did you bother to read the rules? You agreed to do so when you signed up. Don't expect to be here long.

You'll do well to leave mod functions to those with mod authority, son.

Back when we were making Starship Exeter you could pick up unmodified Burke chairs on eBay for, like, four for one hundred dollars. Trek collectors and fan filmmakers have driven the price of these things way up.

Good to see you over here, Ralph - though our truculent friend is unfortunately right about the rules here. Did you do the mods on this one, or did one of the other folks at Phase II?

Yeah, we don't allow people to put their own Ebay auctions on the site, sorry.

Edit: No need for others to mini-mod. We'll get to things in due time.

If I wasn't already saving up for a Batman-style Shakespeare tilt-head bust, I might get one of these.

They don't look comfortable in the slightest, though. No wonder Takei was always scowling so much.

Joe, pole-slider

Serious? Who's selling those, someone at Replica Props?

Not sure who it is. There's not one listed at the moment, but there are three auctions that ended in August (I did a Completed Search for "batman shakespeare") where the maker cleared about $900 for three. Not a bad gig.

I checked his feedback on the bust auctions, and I didn't see a single complaint.

Joe, a dork

I'm sorry you don't fell welcome, but since you have been a member since 2005, you've probably noticed we get cranky with one another from time to time. In the vast majority of cases, we get over it and just keep on going. :techman:
