BREAKING: Official Fan Film Guidelines Issued

I've heard that they have asked for certain scripts not to be filmed, and asked the Horizon guy not to make another movie, but I haven't heard anything about an actual court case proceeding where anyone has gotten sued before now. What are you referring to?
I'm just relating something that I recall hearing. I could be mistaken, but I do believe there was a lawsuit at one time previously. Maybe it was over a book?

Everytime I get an email notification of a new post in this thread I don't read the actual title of the thread, but keep seeing "Breaking the guidelines" instead.

Interesting turn since most of the posts here would support the theory that AP and his Marines are not playing with a full deck!

I shouldn't be surprised when a couple of jokers build a house of cards on anothers property and call it a production studio. Then they continue to shuffle between a professional and fan venture while dealing out a meager average of 6 minutes of content over the years while collecting $1.3 million in their pot. .

CEASE and DESIST: A Star Trek Fan Production :rommie:

The crew of the USS Enterprise react to the new fan film guidelines!

Too funny. Except, didn't Mr. Van Citters say they weren't going to target films that are currently in post-production, as long as they stayed within previous established known boundaries?
