I thought that WAS what we were doing!

Did I read somewhere Frakes thought, in retrospect, TATV was a disservice to ENT fans? Anyone know Sirtis' views?

Trekker670 may not speak for everyone but he speaks for many. In fact I'd go so far as to say, he speaks for "most".In other words, remove "These are the voayges" from canon. Seriously, no one likes it.
You realize that you don't really speak for the entire fanbase, don't you? I, for one, thoroughly enjoy TATV as an episode. I'll agree it's not a good ending to ENT, but I really enjoy the crossover aspect of the episode and the interactions between the two casts. I agree that it would better fit with a TNG release, but that's highly unlikely and I in no way agree that it should be removed from the canon.

didn't TATV get put on a "viewer's choice" Trek collective DVD? How did that happen if it's almost universally hated by the fanbase? I'm serious-is the theory that it was a rigged vote with internet ballot-stuffing or that there never was a fan vote on it, and the folks putting together the collection just put what they wanted on it?
I've been wondering for a while how TATV got put on it, with the amount of hatred there is for that episode in fandom.

THE ALTERNATIVE FACTOR!?
Gah, well that's insane. How did that happen? HOW?
I reckon the TATV ended up in there because it was mostly TNG fans voting and because whoever made the final call just thought "hey, finale with Riker and Troi, that's gotta be a good one!"
Let's get the Porthos actor to do the commentary for ANIS!![]()
