Found the list (from back in February):

Some of the shows on there are not going to return till next fall or have only a handful of episodes so ABC did early pickup. BL got a decent number of episodes left so they wanted to see how they all did and so far so good.

All the rumors that I'v read are that while 1 or 2 people inside ABC may have there doubts about the show...BL will get given a 5th and final season.

I hope ABC does a decent amount of publicity just so folks know BL is moving to Wednesday for their last three episodes of the season. If anything, I just don't want another reason for bigdaddy to add to his conspiracy theory.
