Boothby Connection

How many of the captains in Trek have mentioned knowing or meeting Boothby?

Also, how many have we SEEN with Boothby (or an amazing facsimile)?

Picard, Sisko and Janeway come to mind, but I can't remember if Sisko knew Boothby prior to his return to Earth.

Any other characters who have mentioned knowing Boothby?

Ray Walston was sure perfect for that role. Very nice man, and real good actor.
