Bob Justman RIP

This is very sad. The book he wrote with Herb Solow was especially good. RIP Mr. Justman

As an aside - I am currently involved in a longitudinal study examining Parkinson's Disease. It is very sad watching the disease slowly eat away at the faculties of its victims. I only hope Mr. Justman did not suffer too much during his final years.
 
I'm in the middle of reading 'Inside Star Trek' at the moment. Mr Justman's contribution to Trek was huge. We all owe him a debt of gratitude.

Rest in Peace.
 
RIP. Does it seem odd to anyone that all these TOS creators are going all at once? Isn't this like the third biggie in a week?
 
I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Justman and Rick Berman back in 1999 when Mr. Justman taught a night time television production course at UCLA.

He was warm, genuine, highly intelligent, and a true class act.

He will be missed. :(

Another sad day for all Trek fans. I hope Mr. Justman knew and his family knows how much we appreciated his huge contribution to making Star Trek and quality program and enduring legacy.
 
Damn it.

In my eyes this is the third biggest loss to Trek (Coon, and Rodenberry). This has been a very sad week for the loss of some wonderfully talented people connected to Trek.

Not only did he have a very significant impact on Star Trek , but he also had a very large influence on not only TNG, but in some small way with all of modern Trek (thanks to Berman).
 
What a terrible week for the TOS. Sure many of these great individuals were elderly and so these things bound to happen but three in the same week?

How sad to lose people who were important to something you love so much. I met Bob Justman at a convention many years ago and he was friendly and loved talking Trek.

What a week :(
 
RIP Mr. Justman. My condolences to your family. Thank you for enriching my life with your valuable contributions to the Star Trek universe.
