Actually, the PC version of Star Wars Monopoly (I think my copy's at least 10 years old) plays with that rule. It irritates me because I can't turn OFF that rule!
Back in college, we used to have some odd gaming parties. Strangely enough, the most popular game for us to play was "Candyland"! It's really funny watching a bunch of half-drunk college students chanting "Plumpy! Plumpy! Plumpy!" at the person who was ahead!
