Bill Shatner's interview with Huffpost

I just watched that interview, and Bill's comment about Adam made me start tearing up. I need to get this book, I feel that it's a must read. It feels odd to see Bill talking about Leonard in the past tense, about missing him, about feeling incomplete without his best friend there to confirm his memories. It just touches your heart.

The interviewer did a wonderful job, I feel, bringing that out of Bill. You're right, too, that it seems Bill didn't get to tie up that loose end, or to even know what it was that brought about that rift. It was such an interesting interview. Bill, too, is such a charmer. He's very thoughtful, very considerate, and introspective. I have liked the man for many years, and that admiration continues.

Thanks for posting that interview, @Trekfan12. :)

Well, I hadn't planned on getting this book, but after watching this I have to admit that am reconsidering. This is certainly one of the best, if not the best, interviews I have seen done with Shatner.

You're welcome. I was so moved I wanted to hug Bill. I believe he'll see his friend on the other side when the time comes.

Wow...

And now, at last, we know at least what Shatner needs with a Star Ship!

...and, when he sets off to find Leonard, May His Journey be Free of Incident.

Is this interview available on YouTube? It won't play for me on the page linked above. Not sure if I'd have to disable something to see it, or if it's just a "Canadians may not look at this" thing.
