I didn't even know it did. Lol! It was just an opinion I'm over it. With that being said I really am excited about this movie. I hope it's not a passing of the baton kind of movie though. I hope the daughters don't take over the franchise. The baton passing stuff is getting boring. I would rather the series end with them saving the universe and end it. Even if a 4th had Bill and Ted I would not want it. Three will be good enough. No more unecessary sequels that degrade a franchise over time. The Terminator has been destroyed because of bad sequels I don't want it to happen to this series.

Given that the newest sequel has been widely praised as a return to form, "destroyed" seems like an overstatement... unless you mean that loss of interest in the franchise due to the previous sequels is the reason Dark Fate has underperformed at the box office.

Genysis was really bad. The T4 tried to take the series in a new direction. After that Genysis went back to the original movie it really went downhill. T6 made the first two films largely irrelevant and bring back a savior has needs to be protected. It's just treading over the same territory but changing names. Not sure if Genysis ruined this movie or the fact that this new installment really didn't bring much to the table. It just lessened the franchise in my opinion. I really don't want to see Bill and Ted go down the same route with other characters taking on their roles and a baton passing. Who really wants to see it to go 6 films with increasingly bad sequels or sequels that just tell the same story?
