The BBC are reporting today that Channel 4 have decided that next year's 11th series of hit reality show Big Brother will be its last.
Have to say I'm very glad to hear this. It'll be nice to be able to turn the TV on over summer and have 4, E4 and More4 guaranteed Big Brother free and safe to watch.
Part of me is surprised though, I thought C4 would market this one into the ground even more than they have done and keep going till the Big Brother House pretty much jsut became a House.

The station, home of the programme since it began in 2000, will honour its deal to screen series 11 next summer.
Channel 4's director of television Kevin Lygo said the show "had reached a natural end point on Channel 4 and it's time to move on".
Big Brother has suffered from falling ratings in recent years, with the current run the least watched.
