My point is that the term "boning" is a particularly crude slang word which carries with it a deliberate inference of male physical aggressiveness against his partner. Look up the word in any of the urban dictionaries online to see what I mean.

I'm sure I could find multiple definitions for any given slang term, and that's the problem. Slang definitions are mutable and often context-dependent, and the way one person hears a slang word may not be the way the user intended it. So maybe it's best to give the speaker the benefit of the doubt.

And THAT's not what I think was happening on JLP and BC's honeymoon.

I had the impression that the "24/7" comment was about the Riker/Troi honeymoon. Maybe I misinterpreted, though.
