Better the second time around...for me at least

I think nothing could beat the first time. I was completely unspoiled, so everything came as a surprise, George Kirk's death, the Spock/Uhura relationship, the destruction of Vulcan, the original music on the end credits... what a ride. No other viewing could come close to the first.

I was extremely spoiled so not that many things came as a surprise. I liked it much better the second time, I didn't need to get used to the actors and everything, I was far more relaxed, and I noticed many things I had not the first time. I'll see it for the 3rd time on Wednesday.

I was spoiled too. That'll teach me. I couldn't quite stay off this board and other places + it took me awhile to see it cause I wanted to wait to get to the IMAX- should have made that my second time, maybe. I may try to catch this latest IMAX round for one more time. Looking forward to the DVD!
