Going just by the trailers and not the films themselves, my favourites are:

Episode II: Attack of the Clones
The trailer makes it look fairly epic in scale, with all out war tearing the galaxy apart.

Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back
Definitely leaves a greater impression than Episode IV.

Episode VII: The Force Awakens
Even though I've seen the whole film three times now, I still tingle with excitement at the trailer.

This was the better trailer for Phantom Menace, which I loved back in 1999 but was disappointed when the movie didn't match the hype.

Despite how TFA's trailers have worked, my favourite is the main theatrical trailer from Revenge of the Sith.

That one's music was really good. It also more or less covered over the Anakin plot like with him and the pod race showing up very little.
